Fringe’s first concert included a swift blend of documentary-style videos of the performers, DJ Little Jen spinning ambient and electronica, and a screening of excerpts from a jury-selected film. The highlights of the evening were performances of a violin-and-cello duo by Hungarian composer Zoltan Kodaly along with the famed Schubert Cello Quintet in C Major.
